It also has a beautiful rooftop where you can watch the sun set. Has a large balcony on second floor to relax. Has Starlink wifi, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, and living room for everyone. The house is in a residential area, walking distance (800 meters) beach, la punta, and many trendy restaurants.
The space
All bedrooms have air conditioning, and all beds are comfy Luuna mattresses. There are high end fans throughout the house. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with Italian made six burner stove and convection oven, Teka microwave, exhaust and large four door fridge all stainless steal. The house also has Starlink satellite internet. The house was designed by a Oaxaqueño architect, and all furniture and wood is local and sustainable, built by artesanal carpenters from la Sierra Norte de Oaxaca and Puerto Escondido. House was also designed by a local interior designer, with all artesanal items to support the community and bring the Oaxaca flavor to the house. Not to mention the new gorgeous MURAL by an amazing local artist. Come and enjoy our love for the Oaxaca and Mexico as much as we do !

Short walk to beach, or rent a scooter through us. We are also able to help you with tours, booking massages, or provide recommendations for places to visit or eat in the area. We can also recommend a cook/cleaner during your stay. We also have a caretaker who takes care of the house in case of any emergencies.
