This beautiful holiday home, a former flour mill, is only 600 meters from Pomaia, where you can find the nearest shops and restaurants. It is a very nice property with 3 apartments in the middle of an idyllic landscape, surrounded by olive trees, woods and a small stream, where there is also a small pond (bathing opportunity if it is not dry). From time to time some local wild animals (hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, pheasants) are visible undisturbed by the stream or in the garden.

In the shared garden there are also some fruit trees, as well as a hot tub (open from middle May to end of September) and a veranda to relax, at the guest’s disposal.

Along the stream and in the garden there are gazebos and reading corners so you can rest and enjoy the lush nature.

The coast and sea of Castiglioncello are 13 km away. Cecina is 20km, Pisa 40km away, Volterra 45km, San Gimignano 55km, and Florence 95km away. From Pomaia you can reach the house over 400 m of dirt road.

Four-room apartment for 7 people with private terrace and grill: approx. 85 sq m. A double room, a triple room, kitchen, living room, Tv Sat, bathroom with shower, a double room with air conditioning and with en-suite bathroom / shower.
From the shaded seat you get into the living-dining room. On the right is the kitchen with the kitchenette, and straight ahead is the bedroom with three single beds. An entrance hall leads to the double bedroom and the bathroom (shower / toilet). The 3rd bedroom with A/C and en-suite bath / shower is on the floor below and is accessible from the outside.
