The villa has 2 floors and is equipped with a cosy living room with a large table for convivial evenings, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of which is on the upper floor and has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people) and 3 bathrooms. It also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, a small fitness studio, a baby cot, a cot and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the spacious, beautifully-landscaped outdoor area with a pool that provides refreshment on hot days and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, a tennis court, a small soccer field, a comfortable lounge area and a vegetable and fruit garden. Here you can really feel the Ibizan flair and the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten. On the 2nd floor you will find a balcony that promises relaxing holiday hours under the Spanish sun. You reach the centre of San Carlos in 300 m and here you will find a small selection of restaurants. You can reach a supermarket in 750 m or after a 10-minute walk and the sandy beach Cala Lleya is 3.3 km or 6 minutes by car away.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The celebration of parties is not permitted. Please respect the nighttime quiet hours starting at midnight.
