Great night at the Swissotel

It was a great one-night stay at the Santa Cruz Swissôtel. The hotel was impecable, service excellent, and the staff very friendly and professional. We shall return to this hotel in the future.

Excellent. Out of the way, not really walking distance to anything and not many taxis that pass by but the micro is easy to navigate and outside the door.very comfortable and excellent facilities and breakfast.

Good hotel with a poor ‘gym’

In general, the hotel is very good very comfortable, friendly, good beds, clean, good shower, good TV, Good A/C and in a good location. I wish they have a better ‘gym’ and not only 2 treadmills plus 2 elliptical. No weights at all. They have to do something regarding the gym
