AREA The ‘Reis Magos’ area is known for its tranquility and beautiful promenade, which connects in perfect harmony the sea and the land. The building is situated one kilometre from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to go to the beach during the hottest days. You will also find within walking distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, in Caniço (five minutes by car) you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.
PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

Looks exactly as photographed. Very spacious, clean with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and coffee was a nice touch. Loved the balcony and the ocean view. Local cafe/bar was in walking distance with authentic food. Walk to the ocean promenade was great but be prepared to walk back up the steep hill

Big, comfortable, clean apartament.
The apartament was very comfortable, clean and big. All facilities on-site: washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, full kitchen equipment. Great view from the balcony. Two parking places in the underground garage. Check-in and check-out with no problems.
Sehr schön & ordentliche Wohnung. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht ganz so schön aber vom Balkon aus hat man einen perfekten Meerblick. Es stehen zwei Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

Wundervolle Wohnung mit sehr moderner Einrichtung. Alles war vor Ort. Tolle Aussicht, sehr bequeme Betten und eine schöne recht zentrale Lage!
Alles was benötigt wurde, war bereits vor Ort! Wir mussten nichtmal Klopapier kaufen.
Check-in und Check Out absolut unkompliziert und Parkplätze in der Garage ebenfalls sehr gut.
Tolles Appartement, welches wir wieder mieten würden.

Very nice flat with a fantastic view
The agency was very helpful and answered questions providing all helps needed.
The living room is fantastic. The furniture is new and the view amazing. We even had a Christmas tree. It was very thoughtful from the owner.
The bedrooms have good beds. The closets are old and smell unpleasant. The bathrooms and the kitchen should be also modernised. The furniture in the kitchen is too old and there ants living in it. The bathrooms smells like hell at night.
All in all we had a good stay for a good price.
Who is afraid to ride the hill up is wrong here. The view from the flat compensated for all the inconveniences however.

Amazing House
This house is amazing. The view from the balcony is awesome, the house is decorated very well, the beds are comfortable, the clean was perfect and all the communication with the hosts was simple and quick. I really recommend this house if you are searching a house to stay in Madeira for a while.

Very nice apartment. Quiet and also a bit out of the way. A rental car is therefore recommended. Unfortunately, the balcony only has morning sun. But shouldn't be an obstacle.
Eine wirklich schöne, große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Komfort und herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings sollte man ein Mietauto einplanen , da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fußläufig schwierig zu erreichen sind.
