Nice property but it’s definitely seen better days. On the plus side, the apartment is spacious, has covered parking and has newer, well-functioning appliances. On the downside, the back porch floor was covered in water as there was an old seal in the window. The bathroom door/lock combo was hanging on by a single loose screw. One of the sliding doors wouldn’t lock properly so maintenance had to come and fix it. The hallways of the building are crumbling a bit and detract from the overall appearance. I asked 2 or 3 times for a cutting board but received no reply. That was a bit frustrating as it shouldn’t be that hard to communicate with guests, especially over something fairly minor. I ended up cutting on the counter as there was no cutting board in sight. Other than this, we had a fine stay. However if we were to come back to Madeira, I think we’d choose a spot right in Funchal.

Det var et fint ophold. Tæt på stranden. En dejlig krævende gå tur op og ned.Lejligheden er lidt kold, men det er nok praktisk om sommeren, så bare tænd de små radiatorer fra start.Der er også en lille fin gåtur til dagligvarer og nogle restauranter

Großzügige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Die Betten sind bequem. Für Ausflüge nach Funchal und in den Inselosten ist die Lage sehr gut. In ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Ortskern mit verschieden Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants.
Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse ist allerdings für 5 Personen etwas klein. Die in der Anzeige abgebildeten Liegen waren nicht vorhanden.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spartanisch und lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Absolutes Lowlight: eine lebendige Kakerlake in der Küche auf der Arbeitsplatte, zwei tote am Boden.
Casa bella e spaziosa con tutto il necessario compreso lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Bello il giardino dove si può cenare in tranquillità.

Die Lage ist prima. Alles was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Der Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Meer ist großartig. Der Garten macht es mit allem was da blüht richtig schön. Mir war gar nicht klar, dass sich der Stellplatz für das Auto in der gut befahrbaren Garage der kleinen Wohnanlage befindet. Umso besser! Die geräumige Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet (Geschmackssache) und gut ausgestattet. Von hier aus ist man schnell in Funchal wohnt aber sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war bestens. Ein- und Auschecken ging easy und kontaktlos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!! Gerne wieder!!
