The property features one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a complete bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.

AREA
The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a walk in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or to make beach during the hottest days.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or international dishes. Besides the closest options, you can also go to the centre of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

The elevator did not work during our stay. There were ants. You could only see the sea from the side, there was a building in front of it. The communication with the contact person was bad.
