The room was very nice and clean, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable, which is the most important thing. Overall it was pretty quiet, the only minor issue was the cable appeared to be out for the TV, but I didn't try to watch it until the last night of my stay...I'm sure it was a temp issue which can happen from time to time. Rose Garden Inn was the best rate around for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was greatly appreciated compared to the overcharging of other hotels in Santa Barbara at that time.

Convenient location, near food and travel options. The room was comfortable, with nice features: good TV, microwave and fridge. There were occasional noise disturbances, the usual car start in the early AM, an odd tapping sound when all else was quiet (as if water were dripping within the wall, lots of rain while I was in SB). I would stay again.
