This compact neat villa all on one level has a comfortable sitting room with air conditioning, a small hallway to the right leads to 2 twins bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, share a full bath room. The country style kitchen has dining table which can be accessed directly from outside (parking). The main terrace has a built in BBQ and pergola, a nice spot to have an aperitif fringed by the Canary palms and aromatic flowers. Another feature of the villa is its swing chair a perfect place to relax swinging gently back and forward in the shade. Six steps lead to the pool terrace which faces south bordered on one side by pink oleanders.

Delightful little Villa

Small, basic but well equipped and perfect for our requirements. Peaceful and tucked away but not too far for a taxi to the fun. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would come back in a heartbeat!

Tranquility

We have visited this villa several times now and have no reason to change. The private pool is ample and the outside area is perfect for relaxing and dining, which is our idea of coming away. The area is quiet and peaceful and only a short distance from the town so all convenient to pop to. Vincente is always on hand to ensure your stay is hassle free. We had a masseuse visit us which was superb.

Wonderful villa

Villa was clean and well maintained, Vincente is good host. Good location short walk to the town and short drive to the beaches. Villa had everything we needed with lovely seating outside and pool area would definitely book again

Lovely villa, great location

Vincent was absolutely fantastic, so accommodating! the villa is lovely and had everything we wanted. Short walk into the village which has a few fabulous restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Would suggest it would be best to hire a car but only because we found the road at times a little daunting to walk along (especially at night) however in no way did we find it a deal breaker. Will definitely rebook for next year. Thanks for a lovely time Vincent!

Die kleine Villa liegt wunderschön in den Bergen und doch nicht fern ab von Allem!

Der Empfang durch Vicente war überaus freundlich. Für die ersten Getränke hatte er bereits gesorgt. Besonders möchte ich mich noch mal für die freundliche Unterstützung bei Vicente und Marion bedanken. Unsere Anreise müssten wir aus privaten Gründen verschieben und die beiden sind uns dabei sehr entgegengekommen und haben geholfen. Vielen Dank! Der Pool und der Aussenbereich sind wunderschön und der Blick ins Umland ist toll! Es liegt ruhig, aber doch zentral. Das Nachbarörtchen bietet tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Aber auch in der Villa fehlt es an nichts! Wir kommen wieder es war toll!!!

Traditional Spanish 2 bed villa. Simple but sufficient for all your needs. Lovely outdoor space

We have stayed here before and love the location. Sat away from the town with lovely views across the valley. There is everything to stay at the villa and cater for yourself with a nice bbq also. The pool area is spacious and private and is clean and simple. San Josep is a 10 min walk or 1 minute drive. We didn’t walk it this time as the temps were high and humid . We’ve been here before and will come again. We highly recommend Vincent and Marion ‘s villa . We would finish our days by sitting out in the late evening with glass of wine on the patio with some music One negative, was that the taxi firm don’t recognise the address so wouldn’t send one . Downloaded an app instead and pre book on line

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Vino Tinto. Great size, comfy beds, and good location. Pool and outside area amazing and nice and quiet, and only a 10 min walk into town.

Erg fijn huis. Ligt op een rustige plek. Dichtbij stadje en supermarkt.

Fijne plek op een goede rustige locatie. Uitzicht bij huis is prachtig. Vicente en Marion zij erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Interieur is gedateerd en er is geen airco op de slaapkamer. Verder is er een heerlijk zwembad, welke ook groot genoeg is. Wij gaan er volgend jaar voor de 3e keer naar toe. Heerlijke plek.

Ein super Urlaub mit sehr schönem Pool

Wir waren 10 Tage von Anfang September 2017 in dieser wunderbaren Finca und genossen mehrfach täglich den erfrischenden Pool. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und die Buchten entlang der Küsten sind ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder!!

Lovely house, perfect for 3 of us. Beautiful outside area with pool and nice views We loved using the BBQ and sitting outside. Easy to walk into town from house. Great location on the island pretty beaches nearby, away from busy side. Vincent made everything very easy. Would stay here again.

Lovely relaxing week in a beautiful part of Ibiza

My husband and I have just spent a most relaxing week at Vincent & Marion's villa. It's in such a peaceful location, all you can hear are lambs bleating and birds singing and the views are beautiful. Villa is lovely with all you need, very clean and well maintained. About 10 -15 minutes walk to Sant Josep town with 2 supermarkets, 4 or 5 restaurants, pharmacy etc. Not much in the way of nightlife so if you're looking for a wild time you should perhaps go elsewhere. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Schöne Zeit

Schöne ruihge Finca mit eigenem Pool. Sehr privat mit einem wunderschönen Blick in alle Richtungen. St. Josep ist eine Ibizianische Perle. Der Aufenthalt war spitze. Der Eigentümer war immer für ein da. Jederzeit wieder 🌞👍

Nette villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen trendy inrichting maar typisch Ibiceens. Bij aankomst een koud biertje en jus in de koelkast, vriendelijk ontvangen door Vicente. Perfecte plek om tot rust te komen.

Una Maravilla!

Típica casa Ibicenca, preciosa por fuera y rural por dentro. La piscina y las zonas de BBQ fantasticas. Además la amabilidad y la atención de Vicente fue excelente en todo momento. Volveremos seguro.

Schöne Finca in Top Lage

Die Begrüßung der Vermieter war mehr als nett. Danke Vivente & Marion! Auch als uns Dinge fehlten, wurde das direkt erledigt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Finca liegt nah bei St. Josep, ich kenne diesen traumhaften Ort seit vielen Jahren. Wer es mag abseits des Trubels zu wohnen - perfekt! Zu den Buchten Cala Tarida und Cale Comte ist es nicht weit. Der Flughafen ist in 20 Min erreichbar. Die Finca ist ein typisches Landhaus, einfach aber sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist megaschön! Wir werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!!!!

Schoon, comfortabel, alles aanwezig van keuken apparatuur, tot zelfs fohn in badkamer. Wasmachine.

Wat een fijn huis, heerlijk eigen zwembad. Wordt schoongemaakt door eigenaar. 2x per week schone handdoeken, 1x per week schone bedden. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, geven tips voor leuke plekken om naar toe te gaan. 15 min van Ibiza stad, 15 min van St.Antonio. Rustig gelegen, maar in korte tijd overal dichtbij. Auto wel nodig. Gaan er zeker weer naar toe.
