Beautiful villa with private pool, air conditioning, outdoor kitchen, terraces, solarium and wonderful views. There is a parking area, wifi, sun loungers, it is located in an idyllic setting on a dead-end street and has easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava.

When we enter the property the first thing we see is the pool area with a terrace ideal for sunbathing or having lunch under the shade of the pine trees. When we pass the entrance door of the house we find a large room with dining room, living room and large openings with views of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols valley and the sea. On the same floor we find a fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going up to the top floor we have 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one of them also with a single bed. There is also a bathroom and a toilet. From these rooms you can access a large terrace / solarium from where you can enjoy the aforementioned views. This terrace also has access to the swimming pool. There is air conditioning in all the rooms, not in the dining room.

The house has a terrace with table and chairs, swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, chill-out area, umbrella and garden area. The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities:

Excellent séjour dans une villa magnifique ! Vue incroyable au prix d'une route un.peu longue et sinueuse et d'un peu d'éloignement des plages (normal !), mais quelle expérience de se réveiller avec un si beau panorama. La piscine est petite mais parfaitement intégrée à la terrasse. Vous avez accès à une immense piscine commune chauffée plus bas et il y a peu de monde pour compléter votre plaisir si vous aimez sauter et nager sur la longueur. Maison vraiment bien équipée et confortable. Agence costa brava si toujours parfaite. Service impeccable.
