Fantastic and spacious semi-detached house 100 m from Sant Pol beach, with communal pool, furnished terrace, garden and wifi. An ideal location and accessible to all services and the main coves and beaches in the area, either by road or by the Camí de Ronda that runs along the coast from North to South.
The house consists of a ground floor and two floors above.On the ground floor there is the dining-living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a toilet.On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite.On the second floor there is the laundry room and solarium with views of the private garden and the line of trees that separates the house from the beach. The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities:
- Outdoor table and chairs
- Separate kitchen-dining room with a TV
- Dining room-living room with access to the terrace
- Small garden area at the entrance
- 2 Spanish channel televisions, in the living room and in the kitchen

Lovely house and location
A very spacious house for 6 members of our family. We loved breakfast on ground level terrace with big awning and had evening drink on the top terrace with lovely sea view. It is quiet enough to hear the sea. Pool is very clean and well kept. Two mins walkbto beach where see is clear and wonderful for quiet early swim. In aug you can walk out around bay and see sunrise at 6.30am. Felt very at home. Thankyou for shareing such a lovely property.
