Available for the first time since its complete renovation in 2025, don't miss out on the opportunity to experience some of the finest finishings and furnishings that only a condo of this caliber can offer!

The Space:
Sundial A208 is located within Sundial West, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community. Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. This unit features two side by side bathrooms with single vanities and walk in showers, each bathroom services its own bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning.

***Please see guest access section below for amenity availability. The A building pool is currently closed for renovations. Elevators may or may not be available for your stay, the association is currently repairing them.***

Guest Access:
Certain amenities including the pool, may not be available during your stay. At this time the Pool associated with this condo is closed for renovations. However the greater resort shopping, dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial West amenities. As of 4/1, here is the pricing for resort access:
2 adults for $125 plus receive a $60 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar
2 kids for $75 plus receive a $30 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar

Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool. Tiki bar, restaurants, and shopping at Sundial are available to the public and do not require a resort pass.

The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence

Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, yet provide guests the space and serenity they desire while on a much needed retreat.

Ocean front beauty

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean ocean front condo. Morning and evening walks on the beach, just steps from the condo were our favorite part of our stay. There is a lot to do on Sanibel island amd this was an excellent place to stay.
