Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishes & forks,knives etc were not clean! I had to wash before use Beach chairs & umbrella were not usable Had to buy a wine corkscrew Kitchen cooking pans etc not adequate On the plus side when called relax did come with some kitchen utensils and 2 beach chairs But previous stays at other sundial units

Great Beach location!

We love staying at this location in Sanibel! So easy to get on the beach and there was an outstanding view from he unit! Everything was perfect for our stay!

One-Bedroom Condon at the Sundial

We liked the location of the property, as we have been staying at the Sundial for years. And we wanted a place with direct golf views. Because the rental came through this agency, however, the welcoming attitude was missing - we had to go out and buy additional soap, toilet paper, and shampoo, as the amounts provided were wholly insufficient, and, it felt, deliberately grudging. Being able to leave the keys in the condo rather than returning them to the office would also have been a more friendly gesture.

Perfect for the 2 of us.....

Very nice condo which was perfect for us last minute to extend our stay in Sanibel. Great location on the beach with nice amenities on site including the Baileys market.

Unit A306 at Sundial is extremely close to the water, well furnished, and the kitchen well equipped. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach.

The most notable aspect was the cleanliness.

The most notable aspect was the cleanliness. Your housekeeping staff did an awesome job. Made me feel very comfortable. We love how wide the sliding doors opened and the screened balcony overlooking the beach. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay again. I found the mattress to be uncomfortable and would bring a mattress topper if we visit again. Before my visit I had called with questions 3 different times. Each time I spoke to a different person. All were friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Great place at a great quiet location

This condo had everything we were expecting and even more .recently remodeled Will definitely be staying here again and tell our friends that want to vacation in this area . The beach had hardly anyone there felt like you were all alone which was perfect .

The stay was nice. We would suggest going to room card or codes to get in the door. Too much trouble getting the key out and keeping up with it. Room was well stocked with everything we needed and very nice,clean and updated. The team was easy to work with.

Excellent view and easy access to Beach!!

We loved staying at Sundial. The only complaint that we had was the neighbors upstairs making a lot of noise during the night. But we loved it. We loved easy access to the beach and the salt water pool.
