It's a newly remodeled facility with quality finishes and good decorating in a knockout location The office manager, Marcie, is very good at her job and a true asset to Colony Inn It is still under renovation in areas, pool was closed and there are issues with AC/Heat that they are still working out

Wonderful location, wonderful pool , beautiful clean condo, beach access is a stone throw down a path. There is even a sea shell washing station. They have complimentary umbrellas and chairs for the tenants to use.. It's a Sea shell hunters paradise! The staff are great! Highly HIGHLY recommend! Can't wait to go back!
