Welcome to our island paradise at Loggerhead Cay #174! This gulf-side 4th floor condo boasts stunning Gulf of Mexico views with comfortable coastal updates and furnishings throughout. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa capable of sleeping up to 6 people and offers brand new plank tile flooring, updated kitchen & bathrooms, and a cozy lanai space to enjoy the spectacular views. This condo also allows for one dog (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions), so pack your bags, bring the dog, and come enjoy this coastal paradise and all the treasures that Sanibel has to offer!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 pull-out sleeper sofa & 1 Twin rollaway bed (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Beautiful layout to condo. Comfortable, bathroom showers roomy. Close to beach! Only issue was the elevator in this building was not fully operational until Tuesday. Difficult for our party. We did have someone help us get luggage up to the 4th floor which would have been impossible without him.

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. The place was fully remodeled and has an amazing view. Heated pool was nice as the temperatures fell. Unit was well stocked for daily living and a day at the beach. Looking forward to going back as the island continues to recover. Would definitely recommend the unit.
