Good vacation. Enjoyed walking on the beach. The screened in patio was nice.

Wonderful location on beach. Very clean and exceptionally nice staff. Wi-fi went out a couple nights

hotel staff is excellent. Room was nice and the price was very affordable for a hotel that is on the beach. The biting midges (aka noseeums) are pretty vicious. It didn't bother my daughter much but I was eaten alive. Which certainly put a damper on my enjoyment. Other than that though, it was a pleasant experience.

Loved the layout, rooms might have slightly dated furniture (for some folks) but it was comfortable functional and well laid out. Rooms had dishes and silverware and full size fridge. Screened porch in gulf side unit was amazing. Staff was awesome and upfront about everything. Amenities available but we had to pay to rent things like umbrellas etc. Stayed at a different place that had uncomfortable rooms but amenities were included (including setting them up on the beach) so consider these things before you come out. I shelled out here too. Shelling was not so good. Don't get me wrong there were shells galore, but I only found the big shells 12 minutes south of this place. I loved this place and hope to come back here one day.

This place is great! Located right on the gulf with amazing beaches. The view is great. We were on the second floor and enjoyed the view from our enclosed balcony.

The place is amazing...we were unfortunate of pick a rainy day, next day was awesome. Love the Island

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful and full of information about the hotel and its history! The room was so beautiful and spacious and most importantly clean!! It's quiet and very private. We loved that the beach was just steps from our room, which had a screened porch on it so we could enjoy the evening without being bothered with those pesky Florida no see-ums!! Can't wait for our next visit!!

Stayed two night, my girl friend and I got bitten by bed bugs so hard. Had more than 60 bumps on my body before I leave the hotel.

My wife and I wanted a treat for our 30th anniversary and going to the beach is one of our favorite activities. So we booked 2 nights at the Island Inn off the internet. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, check in was easy and the room was very nice. The private beach was absolutely beautiful and the water was fantastic. The Web site was very accurate, it's a lovely place and we will go back.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon. It was so clean and literaly right on the beach. I would for sure come back to this place.

Very relaxing, excellent facility and staff. Can't get any better!

This hotel is right on the beach which makes it very convenient. Continental breakfast left a little to be desired but besides that everything was great!

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel since I was entertaining a family member on a brief visit. It was just the right spot for a short getaway! The room with 2 queen beds with ocean view & an enclosed patio on the ground floor was perfect. It was very clean and spacious with a small kitchenette.

I loved just about everything about this hotel. The location was perfect the room was that perfect get a way feeling. The staff however were not the friendliest. We went there right when we got off the plane and got there 2 hours before check in time. They absolutely could do nothing for us until check in. I have been on many trips and anytime I came across this situation the hotel would work with us and get us in. Also when we wanted to rent the amenities they were annoyed with us when we wanted to pay cash instead of charging it to our room. Besides the staff I would could back.

I loved the location, right on the beach. There were bike rentals at the hotel ( not free). The dinner menu was fantastic! It was also fairly quiet. My husband complained that both the room coffee and the complimentary breakfast coffee were bad. They could definitely improve their complimentary breakfast, for the price paid it wasn't much choice or very good.

Very helpful staff and wonderful, beautiful room. It had everything we could have wanted and it looked brand new, it was spotless!! Pool was wonderful too.

The staff and evening dining were excellent. There were no easy chairs int the room to watch TV in the evening. I would not call this a "Deluxe Room". Beach access was sub-standard.

This hotel is right on the beach. I highly suggest ocean view room where when you open the screen door you can hear the wave. The beach is right outside of our hotel (depends on which building). 2nd floor room is nice as you can see sunset from balcony. Staff is very friendly. The free breakfast was better than some other hotels I have been to, blueberry scone is very good (I think they got it from local grocery store). The beach right at hotel is great for shelling, so if you are into that kind of thing. This hotel is great for that.

I will be going back without a doubt. Was not sure what to expect as I got a great deal. I would pay twice what I paid to stay here again. I was told I had the only room with a partial view. That was okay with me- it had a slider where I could let the fresh air in and still hear ocean. The room was gorgeous, clean and with great amenities. Everything was modern and updated. I've seen some complaints about the free breakfast. It is great compared to another place I stayed on the island that also offered free breakfast. This place is top notch and everyone was so friendly. Can't wait to go back

We were in a newly renovated beautiful room, with a screened in deck overlooking the Gulf. It was perfect! We opened the sliding glass doors at night and slept to the sounds of the waves breaking on the shore. Breakfast (continental) was included and was just fine. The restaurant is top notch- our dinner there was superb. We were also able to rent bikes there and rode all the way (on paved bike paths) to the lighthouse at the end of the island. The staff was wonderful. We would go back in a heartbeat.
