You will have access to everything in the house except for a small maid closet next to the front door (it has a lock on it).

The driveway is spacious enough to hold 4 vehicles. The neighborhood will tow any cars parked on the street.
Other things to note
14 Guests: 2 in each of the 3 main bedrooms + 1 on a twin floor mattress in the master, 6 in the Bunk/Game Room (4 on the bunk beds, 1 on the couch and 1 on a twin floor mattress), 1 on the couch in the living room. At full capacity of 14 guests things will be a little tight.
