This charming apartment lies in an old, well-established, friendly, safe, and quiet Sanford neighborhood surrounded by expansive grounds, mature live oak trees, and colorful gardens. Downtown Sanford is an easy 16-block walk or bike ride passing historic, restored residences. Once downtown, you'll encounter seemingly endless sightseeing, shopping, dining, and relaxation opportunities in our many varied and unique shops, restaurants, pubs, and micro-breweries.
The grounds and gardens offer a pleasant environment to stroll and a popular venue for photographing bridal reveals and engagements.
The private apartment exudes an "old Florida" feel, boasting original pickled cypress paneling, large living room and bedroom, and a newly-remodeled, full kitchen. Two outside decks offer leisurely relaxation in a garden setting with views of the 1-acre grounds and park across the street. The bedroom has a reading area, desk & chair, and a king-size bed. The living room has seating for nine and a 40" flat-panel "smart" television with over-the-air channels and basic free video streaming.
