Much to my surprise this was a great hotel! The atmosphere was incredible, the staff were all warm and friendly, from the front desk to the morning maintenance guy! The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet that was included across the parking lot was much more than just a normal continental breakfast, it was delicious and all the staff over there were so friendly. Way to standout Ruby Hotel! We will most definitely be back next year for the motorcycle rally and will be staying here again! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!!!

Over all was good, nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the breakfast buffet was delicious very good quality food and service, impressive for a hotel breakfast included. We checked out a day early only because the jets in the hot tubs were out of order, not interested in sitting in hot water, also they didn’t look too clean. The hotel should inform incoming guests of any issues especially the hot tubs, that was a big disappointment.
