Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The unit was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with basic appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee and some basic supplies. The unit is located a short walk from the downtown area, city beach, and shops. The host was friendly and responded rapidly to some questions we had before our arrival.

It was a very clean place, presented well, had stuff that was needed, and the book provided gave directions on how to use things in the condo which made things easier. The entire place was spotless, well equipped, very welcoming! The place is lovely and the backyard, well what can you say when it's green and has a lake ;) Amy, our host, was just so warm and welcoming on the phone and very helpful. Great cozy spot for a small family. Tucked away in a cove right off the highway, so it was very easy to find. I did notice there was a quite a bit of train noise at night, but if you are in a deep sleep you probably wouldn’t notice it. We came in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but would probably be a sweet little spot in the summer. Short walk to the main drag and several restaurants.
