Well worn and a bit tired property BUT clean, well maintained. The breakfast was terrible, bizarrely bad. Nothing fresh, microwave packaged burritos. No bread for toast, ‘sorry all out.’ Better to have just coffee and donuts.

Best location in Sandpoint to walk to the shops!

We had the best room with an indoor hot tube. Two private parking spaces and so much more. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to returning!

The only plus was the location and being able to walk downtown Here were the issues: Our door to the room was scratched up and you had to throw your hip into the door to open it. This room should have never been available simply based off that! The sink was super clogged the second the water ran The carpet was ABSOLUTELY disgusting The cable went in and out ever 30 seconds The pump to the shampoo didn’t work The “shared” door with another room was super unexpected. And we could hear them blow drying their hair. It was super loud. Lastly. Where on the website does it explain this hotel is divided into three separate buildings? One building has the lobby. The other has the pool. And the third building has the hot tub. So we’d have to walk in the street to another building to hot tub. THIS should absolutely be explained. I reached out to guest services and was satisfied with their quick response and instant refund given. I just couldn’t believe how bad this hotel was for being so close to a nice downtown.
