Our stay was great. The view was nice. It would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby earlier to avoid one person waking the other person to make coffee.

This property was relaxing with few cleaning and cable issues we ran into. This is a very cute property. The manager is very kind, funny and welcoming, treats you as if your family coming to visit. This is our second trip to this hotel and I would come back again and again. I have recommended this place to all my family and friends when traveling in this area.

I’d have liked free water, $5.00 per bottle too much. Had to drive to get some after a very long day of driving. Otherwise I LOVED my stay. Thank you.

I loved it here! Right across the street from the ocean. We left the windows open and we could hear the ocean all night. Not a lot of traffic in that area at night so all you could hear was the waves. Great amenities too and the area has some amazing restaurants within a mile.

Cute room right across the road from the ocean. Friendly and accommodating staff during the day but at night after 6pm there’s no one at the front desk. You have to walk to a neighboring hotel if there’s anything you need. The shower head could use an upgrade and the room got kind of stuffy during the night. We did like how much parking was available in the parking lot. A+! Other than that we had a very nice stay. We’ll stay again in the future.

Fireplace not working

Hotel was good. Rooms fireplace did not work. Tried for 30 minutes to get it to work. Changed out battery on remote and still no luck. Informed front counter staff as I checked out. They said they would inform maintenance. Would have preferred a discounted rate for the inconvenience.

We booked this stay for our anniversary. We love Moonstone Beach and I was very surprised to get the great deal I did. When we checked in , we were upgraded without even asking. The room was simple but nice. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and had it ourselves both times both times we used it.

Absolutely AMAZING. Dave or David front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The suite with jacuzzi was exactly as pictured BUT more bigger than I expected. The location was superb. No false advertising. and room location was clean and eco friendly. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN!

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I had to drive every time I needed to go somewhere, nothing was close. And the toilet malfunctioned and we had to have someone in our room for 30 minutes trying to replace a part in the tank. Overall it's was nice.......
