There was no staff in the lobby. The room included continental breakfast. It included a banana nut loaf and coffee. There was a coffee pot in the lobby which had only hot water in it. It looked like a motel.

We really liked how close it is to the ocean - we could walk across the street and then down to the boardwalk that follows the shoreline. The restaurant next door was handy and food there was excellent. Our room was on the first floor facing the ocean -- we enjoyed the patio. Things were clean and in order and it felt private.
