Located in the very central Urbieta street, the apartment is just a few steps from the Buen Pastor Cathedral. La Concha beach is also only within a 10 minutes walk.Renovated on July 2022, the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Each bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom that offers a comfortable shower. The second bathroom in the house is also fully equipped and offers a bathtub. Thanks to its location on the fourth floor, both the bedrooms and the dining room are very bright. Facing an open patio, characteristic of the architect Cortazar, the house also stands out for being silent. There is air conditioning in the living room, heating and free Wi-Fi Internet.
