Great Spot
It was a great location and clean. The oven had an issue and the management team jumped on it and had replaced within hours. Great place to stay.

Nice apt but noisy
The location is good but it is very noisy at night. The bedding quality is not great and the bed confort either.
In the summer it gets very hot to sleep and if you open the windows you hear sll the teens from the street

Great location!
Excellent location! Really, could not be better. Minor issues with loss of power, and Dishwasher and Microwave malfunctions were immediately corrected by Rentals Collections staff (very impressively there within a short time!). Towels are very small, but beds are super comfortable. Couch and chair in living room need pillows to be comfortable. There were some pillow liners in the closet but no covers so I assume those are being cleaned or replaced. The air conditioner doesn't really cool down the space, but it was fine in September. The sitting area in the living room overlooking the street is fantastic for breakfasts and street watching. Super nice neighbors, too. We bought and left beach chairs, big nice beach towels and beach umbrella: I hope they were left for the next group! Thank you and we'll be back!
