This spectacular apartment is located on the first floor of a building a few steps away from the Boulevard and the Old Town. The building is situated on Legazpi Street, has a lift, and the apartment has been completely renovated at the end of 2025.

The kitchen features high-end appliances and overlooks the spacious dining and living area. The apartment also stands out for its super high ceilings. Beautiful French balconies face Legazpi Street. Lovely, well-located but no laundry despite description

Great location, comfortable beds. Very short walk to the old city but in a quieter area. Windows well insulated against street noise. Great breakfast and pintxo options very nearby. We arrived after 2 weeks on the road and really needed the laundry. Washer did not work. Maintenance came promptly and determined that the machine would need to be replaced. Host told us to use the automat in town and offered to reimburse us, then never responded to messages in the app.Wasted half a day at the automat and were never reimbursed.Lovely apartment, not so great host.
