The room we booked was awesome with ac and a clean bathroom in it with a shower, they have different options according to your likes. The staff is super nice, friendly & accommodating. The beach is just 10mins walking distance, this place is a hidden gem to relax in….100% recommend it.

What is advertised on the page is not what it looks like in person . It’s rundown and can use an upgrade. Pool was dirty as if they didn’t even attempt to make an effort to clean. Honestly, we didn’t expect much for the price we paid. If you plan to visit surf city and looking for a place to just crash and not expecting much this is it. It is roughly a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, beach and nightlife. The AC & the shower worked well so that’s a plus.

We booked online ten minutes before we arrived. When we showed up the property was not what was advertised. We asked to cancel our stay and receive a refund. The staff were unable to offer a refund. Expedia customer service was unable to reach any sort of management from the resort to resolve the issue. We refused to stay there and they have yet to issue a refund. Do not book here.

They charged you for everything, a lot of things are not being described prior you book this property, the breakfast was included in the description however over there the guy said it was not, as the platform included it and it was a mistake from the platform, the bathroom was nasty is full of what you imagine a public restoom would be and it had underwear, the blankets were not clean, the fan was rusty and dusty and it bearly worked. The curtain was dirty and the pool was not clean. Upon your arrival they put you a lot of restrictions to leave everything clean however nothing is clean, the key lock was in terrible conditions. Think twice if you wanna book this property, just the rooms that are in the second floor have AC Overall this was not a good experience

The hotel is beautiful but i was in the only room without air-conditioning. The bathroom smelled like feces the entire time. The staff is extremely kind and helpful tho. I would give the beds 2/10. The property looks beautiful on the outside. The room we stayed at had mold on both rooms on the ceiling. The shower head was broken. There was no covers for the window. No type of privacy.
