Into the second day of a 4 day break. Last night I complained 3 times to management before they controlled loud swearing party goers destroying the peace of at least 30 apartments. It went on till midnight. By afternoon they assured me these drunks had left. It's currently midnight agai, no one is at reception and the same people are having another drunken party on their balcony. I have now called police. Any resort calling themselves 4 and half stars would move paying guests to a quiter room. Instead I got lies and a second awful night. I have knocked on the drunks door in tears and was told to be mindful!!! I was their age 50 years ago. The staff and guests in their 20s have nothing 4 and half star about them. Shame Shane shame Silverwater.
Set on the hillside looking over Western Port bay, Across the narrows Newhaven yacht club was visible. Sanremo township was 1.5-2klm down the road. Well set out with blocks of apartments arranged around an open play area and pond. Good indoor pool, Bar and excellent restaurant. Reception staff were friendly, quick and thorough, check in and info very god.
We loved our stay at the resort, good location and clean. A good place for every one in the family, will visit again. It's close to the beach and san remo fish and chips.....Playgrounds for the kids and nice restaurant.
Geez this place was amazing starting from the friendly staff to the stunning views, Overall this place is at the top of our list and will sure to come back on our next visit. Absolutely tip top 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Our family of four adults enjoyed a great trip away to San Remo/Phillip Island staying in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed, very clean with views out towards Western Port Bay. Our welcome at Reception was very helpful and we were given directions to our apartment. We were also allocated our own parking space and the location of Silverwater is fantastic as it is an easy drive to all the attractions in and around Phillip Island.
Stayed for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment with my family. Rooms well organised and modern - quite pleasant. The grounds are quite expansive and nicely maintained. Very happy with out stay and would certainly stay again.
Lovely spot for a weekend getaway. Beautiful views over Westernport Bay. Room basic, needs an update especially the bed. Expensive unless you use all the amenities such as the pool, tennis court and gym. Restaurant pleasant. Staff friendly. Menu ok, but like a lot of places too much sauce on meat and not enough veg.
Has heaps of things to do in resort Plenty of activities for kids as well as adults Views magnificent Breakfast good if you book the breakfast night before a 50% discount given Convenient having a restaurant and bar
The women had been here before on a women’s retreat and thought it was pretty good. We had the three bedroom unit and it had all that we needed with five adults. For us it was more about the little things. There was dust on the blinds for instance, some minor repairs had been done and we noticed and the walls needed a coat of paint to freshen it up. They were efficient and the resort was family friendly. Would stay there again. Cheers
We have stayed at Silverwater a number of times in all different types of accommodation from the guest room, one bedroom & two bedrooms. The staff are friendly & helpful. Each unit differs a little & mostly we use the one bedroom which has all kitchen & laundry facilities including a washing machine/dryer & dishwasher. The fixed shower rose in the shower is limiting & we would prefer an adjustable hose type. The views are wonderful both night & day. We always look for a quiet room with no one above us. There is a playground & jumping pillows & games room. There is also an indoor & outdoor pool & a gym which are great. There is a well set out bar & restaurant all with great food, views & friendly staff. If something goes wrong the maintenance staff are over without delay. Thanks guys we enjoy our stays & will of course return.
