We had not issues with the property itself other than the spa room was locked and we had no access, this in itself is not an issue as the property was not advertised to have a spa, the issue we have is that the pump is extremely loud at night, and we had no access to the room to go and switch it off. The couch in the front lounge is damaged/broken, it is also the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The pool table is damaged, most of the pool cues are broken, thi was disapointing as it was part of what drew us to this property. Overall it was pleasant, but i do think the propeprty owner has a few things to fix. Communication with the agent was a nightmare, we kept getting emails stating that we needed to pick up the keys in Cowes, then the agent would tell us that the key was in a lock box at the property. Once we were in the property, we got an email stating that we needed to drop the keys off in Cowes before 10 am... again, once I managed to get in touch with the agent, she said that we could just leave the keys in the lock box. Payment was also an issue, the agent kept telling me that we had insufficient funds and that is why the payment wouldnt go through, I kept assuring her that we had sufficient funds in the account, they came with absolutely no suggestions, I had to make all the contact and effort to get this resloved and eventually ended doing a manual transfer, in summary, the property was ok, but not terrible, the process to get it booked, was terrible
