This stunning location offers breathtaking views of Westernport Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee at a local café or bakery, and in the afternoon, relax with a drink on the balcony while overlooking the bay.

Upon your arrival, you won’t have to worry about anything. You can easily walk to nearby cafes, the bakery, and Saltwater Restaurant. The marina is just across the road, so feel free to bring your boat or stay at the property and enjoy a BBQ on the deck. Pets are welcome, and you can take leisurely walks around Newhaven.

Don’t miss the nearby penguin parade, local wineries, markets, beaches, and much more.

Please note that the fireplace is not in use. Linen is not provided; however, doonas, doona covers, and pillows are available. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.

The house was not cleaned well. Dead bugs behind sliding door and along carpet. Kitchen was well equipped but stovetop was greasy. No wifi which was very annoying and I hadn’t noticed in listing

The size of the house was fine for what we were looking for, unfortunately the house could do with a good clean, cobwebs, wipe down bathrooms, and floors. Although having a pool table the cues all but one were broken. The kitchen had limited wine glasses given the number of people the house can sleep, a very mishmash of plates and cutlerly. Standard could have been better, not sure if this is due to the house being sold. If it’s being kept as a Stayz in needs some upgrading. Very 80’s.

Great view lots of room for a group or large family only downside was some of the furniture could do with upgrading as you could not sit back fully on the lounge due to damaged back rests

Good location and view

Good house in good location. Comfortable enough but still missing a door to the ensuite. Lots of locked doors. Not sure how safe that is to have a locked back door.

Amazing views

The views from the front windows are amazing! Great house for large groups with lots of room to spread out. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the views make up for it, and its a nice quiet spot where you can easily walk to the jettty, cafe and bakery.

Hope this place improves

While having a beautiful view of the ocean, this place was decorated like Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion. Very 70s. Many parts of the house were dirty. There were no supplies of basics eg tea, coffee, cereal, milk etc. like so many other places I have stayed have provided. We had to take our own bed linen, towels and tea towels. There was no Internet. A woman from the house next door kept coming onto the property, nicely taking out garbage bins, but checking on us a lot while never explaining who she was. So many other problems. Sue

flawless experience

Absolutely no surprises here. Very roomy house, stacks of natural light, pretty unbeatable views, everything works. Quite a cool location: short bike ride to San Remo if you bring your bikes; Salt Water restaurant is fantastic and a short walk away (as is the Island Pie Shop which is worth a visit or 2); Newhaven Cove beach we unfortunately just discovered as we were leaving but also walking distance and looks great. Great place to stay and chill out, or use as a base to check out the island's other atractions. Professional property management.
