Great location, Personal touches

Very good from check in to check out. staff and owners very helpful. Kitchen was shutdown due to covid restrictions, but owners prepared coffee and had fresh pastries available. Great location and good for couples.

I was in the room located at the very top of the building and it was nice to be the only one on that floor. However, it is a very steep staircase and if it were an older person they would have some difficulty climbing up the stairs. The room was very nice and very spacious. The bed, bathroom and mattress were very nice. The hotel does not serve any food and even though the reception staff has a coffee machine in their area I found that they did not really offer any coffee to me. I asked for coffee and was given a cold cup of coffee and there was not way to warm it up. They reception staff is okay but not really so friendly. I also didn't like that that they play music a bit too loud and geared to very young people. I don't particularly care to listen to rap or reggeton when I come in to my hotel. The location is great and walking distance to all the sites. San Miguel de Allende is amazing!!!!

I liked that it was within walking distance to the mercado and jardin. Staff was generous, attentive for needs, and very friendly. I disliked the fact that there was no kind of ventilation in my room which was on the 1st floor towards the back of the property. I would book another stay in future.
