Such friendly and helpful staff. When they saw me come back with coffee, the next day there was a coffee maker, filters and coffee in our room, no extra charge. When they saw me come back with bottled water, the next day there was a five gallon jug of water with a simple hand pump in our room, no extra charge. Our stay included our choice of free breakfast or free lunch. This is NOT a luxury hotel or a resort. It is a small, local, very authentically Mexican hotel. It is right in the middle of Centro, and so walking distance to almost all of the major attractions, restaurants and markets. The room was a one bedroom apartment, including en suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Fantastic!

Amazing experience, the team operating the hotel were wonderful. I would go there again just for the care and attention they demonstrated. The room was lovely and very comfortable. One tiny thing I mentioned and the came and sorted it straight away.

I stayed here in November 2024. The owner Jorge and family/staff were very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The Hotel and my room were very clean. It is 8-10min walk to main square-great location. Definitely will be returning.

The best stay during my vacations so far. Staff makes a great difference from other hotels I’ve been before. Jorge was always there to give us directions to places we were interested in visiting, eat or for entertainment. Complimentary breakfast was great and providing parking nearby was a big plus in a city like San Miguel de Allende. All staff was always willing to help us know SMA better. I indeed recommend Casa de los Soles without hesitation.

Great Location, Safe and Comfortable

Casa de los Soles is a wonderful little hotel. The rooms are like a little apartment with a full kitchen. The owner and staff are super friendly. You can eat there as well and the food is great. Located just a couple of blocks from Centro… an easy walk to the square. I will most definitely stay here again.
