Clean and spacious accommodation, friendly staff, reasonably priced supermarket on site and plenty of dining options within a 5 minute walk. Particularly appreciated the filter tap in the kitchen so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Used the spa service for a massage and natural manicure, reasonable prices, enjoyed the pamper. Visited the hotel restaurant once, it is modern with pleasant sea views; reasonably priced though it is predominantly used by the older clientele; we preferred eating out but it's nice to have the option. Pool bar offered drinks and snacks, we didn't eat there but wasn't over priced for drinks and servers were quick and friendly. There's a pleasant path accessed by a gate at the back of the hotel, go left and you're in San Blas in 15 minutes, plenty of eateries, pubs, shops etc. Take a right and within minutes there's a strip of restaurants and a marina 15 minutes further on; nice views and a pleasant walk. Take mosquito spray, they're an issue if like me, you suffer from allergies. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. It isn't for you if you want to be in the thick of it and if you have children that need lots of entertainment, it is a very relaxed vibe here which was perfect for us, and it's only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Would definitely return next time we need some sun and a few days to unwind.

Booked this hotel for one night because of its proximity to Tenerife airport. We landed late, around 10:30pm, and simply wanted a decent rest before driving north the following day. Sadly, the stay turned out to be one of the worst I’ve had in years of travelling. The main issue was customer service. I requested late check-out in advance and was told it would be possible if the hotel wasn’t full, with an extra fee I was happy to pay. In the days before arrival, rooms were still showing online, so I assumed no problem. On arrival, however, the night receptionist insisted the hotel was full and became extremely rude when I politely pointed out that rooms were being advertised. I even offered up to €70 for late check-out, but she refused and chose to lie rather than explain. If she didn’t know how to process it, honesty would have been enough. Instead, it was the rudest reception I’ve ever encountered. The room was equally disappointing: we were inexplicably given an accessibility room with two metal twin beds instead of the double I booked. Cleanliness was poor (hair on the floor), and the bathroom showed obvious neglect – cracked fittings, worn surfaces, run-down overall. I had to laugh at myself for even wanting to extend such a stay. Do yourself a favour: travel an extra 10 minutes from the airport and stay somewhere that gets the basics right – a clean room, a decent bed, and professional staff.

The room/villa was large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the sun lounger sstem of booking worked very well. On site supermarket, though small, was usefull. The staff were fantastic. Car parking in the area is horrendous, but onsite carpark good, though it costs.

Received grand Customer Service throughout. Front of house as well as hospitality staff were so welcoming and warm. Overall the complex was always clean and presentable. There seems to be an issue with the sewage system as that could be smelt frequently, other than that fantastic experience.

Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year!

Beautiful Hotel with Stunning Ocean Views

Beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views & a wonderful vibe in Golf Del Sur. Last minute booking for an excellent price. Location was perfect, 10-15 minutes drive from airport & local bus service which was a 5 minute walk from hotel to Los Cristianos was only 20 minutes. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, spacious & spotlessly clean. Loved this hotel, highly recommend for all types of trips & any age group.

The accommodation was wonderful. The only thing that we were not happy with was the set up for replacing your room towels. Towels changed on our fourth day and sixth day. I phoned on the third day to request clean towels, reception was quite rude but gave in to change the towels. This practice is not hygienic when your are having 3 showers a day. Therefore very disappointed with this practice. Room towels old. Grey coloured, thin and holes. It was the only thing that let the accommodation down.

I had to go to this hotel as an emergency as the hotel we booked was in terrible conditions and unsafe for girls. But honestly I am glad I booked this one, amazing service, stunning and felt very safe during all my stay. There’s not much around the hotel but honestly you won’t want to leave the pool anyways, and they offer everything inside the hotel. There is some local bars and restaurants nearby, but that’s about it. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet holiday. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. :)
