Family suite was fantastic and hotel was really clean. Food was ok, could have been better. Some staff were rude at the à la carte restaurants and reception was always busy. Had a leak in our room, but was fixed quickly by the maintenance team. Hotel was very big and extremely busy as soon as half term hit.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The entertainment team work so hard & are great with the kids who adore them. In particular, Bouba, Elena & Maria were amazing. The Candymen are also fantastic & were the highlight of our trip! The main Candyman was also so good with the kids as well as being incredibly talented. The shows are top level, well worth booking! The rooms are really modern, clean & a great size though the balcony is small. The bar staff were also lovely & helpful & great with younger guests as were the cleaners. There were a few small issues with our stay that stopped me giving it the full 5*. The 1st was that the air con in our room wasn’t working. We reported this twice before maintenance came. They eventually agreed it wasn’t working but left & never came back so it remained broken for our stay. Although the food is largely good & labelled, not all items were labelled clearly with allergens. It would also be nice if there were desserts available to cater for more dietary requirements (there’s only so much melon you can eat!) & there weren’t many light snacks available in the day, particularly for those with dietary issues. The final food issue was one of our party got food poisoning from the buffet which was reported but with no reaction. The final frustration was the sun loungers which isn’t unique to the hotel. By the end of our stay the majority of loungers were reserved by 7.30am, even though on multiple occasions, the reserved chairs remained empty all day

Not adult only friendly

This place is not suitable for adults. This is Disney for kids. They are allowed in all areas. That includes the bars. This should not be labeled adults only as kids have access to this area as well with a full court behind the rooms. Walk path along side the supposed adult only area . Not to mention the kids club house was right in front of the adult only area. They also locked us in after 8pm from the path that had the good restaurants. This was a horrible experience!
