This hotel is being renovated by the owner, and is not yet finished. When looking past the work in process, the room we had was brand new with tasteful choices and good quality. Kudos for what is done so far!

We recently spent the weekend up in Atascadero for the MidState Fair. Overall the hotel stay was fine. However, there was major construction happening with debris from the construction all over the site. Our towels were stained and/or extremely worn. The place was quiet and easily acceptable to the freeway and local areas. The staff was helpful when one of our keys didn't work (likely deactivated by us).

The property seemed unsafe, there was people outside all hours of the night, it looked like it was being ran by drug addicts. Some everywhere as if they were remodeling but they weren’t . I would NOT recommend staying here.

I paid $300 for one night and expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort—unfortunately, the experience fell far below that. The room had visible dust on the curtains and the bathroom smelled damp and looked poorly maintained. The registration office looked like a hoarder’s space, with clutter piled inside and outside, which immediately set the tone. Walking barefoot on the floors left the bottoms of my feet visibly dirty. This may have been passable at a much lower price point, but at $300, it was completely unreasonable. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

This hotel is under renovation. Construction material is piled all over the property. I had to work through a pile of toilets and sinks to get to another room occupied by family members. I submitted a request for early check-in at 1:00 pm. Upon arrival, no room was available. We got into the room at 1:45 pm. There was an additional charge of $45. This was not noted on the original request. The price was too high for those accommodations.

The person who checked is in was very nice. There.was a lot of clutter, I think they are in the middle of renovations. Our room didn't have toilet paper, so we had to go ask for aome. There were a few a stains, but ok for the price.
