Room was ok, good size, but no bathrobes, no slippers, very basic. TV didn’t work for 3 days. Staff was moderately friendly, but not super helpful. Very poor choice of food - very few restaurants for such large property, strange schedule for restaurants, quality of food is mediocre with very high prices. Almost no activities and no entertainment.

We received a courtesy call shortly after entering our room to see if everything was okay. One of the beds was broken. They immediately apologized and gave us an upgrade. Both rooms were clean.

I cannot even point out one thing. This resort, the entire staff, every restaurant, every amenity was perfect, 10/10, no notes. In particular, the sunset picnic was incredible, and Jailenne took amazingly good care of us. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Our room in the bungalow was beautiful and always perfectly clean and restocked with bottled water and clean towels. We would love to come back!

Great resort with a lot of amenities and for a reasonable price. The location on the island is far enough away from everything to feel secluded but close enough to get into town for shopping or nightlife if desired. I’d go back for sure.

Room, very clean. Food is exceptional. The bathroom has alot of door & spacious so there is privacy. Bit of a walk to pool. 24 hr pool is nice touch. Very far from downtown PR for restaurants/night life. No amenities in room. No silverware. Got charged $10 for bottle opener. Never in my life! Was upset about that.
