Great resort with a lot of amenities and for a reasonable price. The location on the island is far enough away from everything to feel secluded but close enough to get into town for shopping or nightlife if desired. I’d go back for sure.

Beautiful. We had the pool to ourselves and the water was so clean and refreshing. The top room with an ocean view said it all. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased. All of the staff were friendly and happy.

It was a great vacation. The room with ocean view worth the money. Just wish the Prime 787 was open for breakfast to have more options as it was mentioned, but when we came it was actually closed.

The room was clean and staff was polite and very accommodating. It’s perfect if you are booking an escape as it’s about 30-40mins from San Juan.

We would have extended our stay if we could have. The property is beautiful. We were steps from the beach. The music at the bar on weekend was nice too.

Everything was great.staff were helpful and grounds were immaculate! Only issue was most of the restaurants were closed on weekdays so we were forced to leave the property, order uber eats, or eat sandwiches from their marketplace shop.

We had a great and relaxing time at the Hyatt. The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. The pool was huge! Not at all crowded, and the beach was so calm and enjoyable at any time of the day. Lots to do in the area, especially El Yunque. Highly recommended!

This place is GORGEOUS, we went off season so not too many activities.. food was okay but we ate off the premises a lot.. the nectar was amazing restaurant in the resort, and go to luquillo beach for the true experience
