Espectacular place for relaxing, great food , beautiful rooms extremely clean ! Nothing wrong to say !! The staff impecable, if you came to Puerto Rico this is the perfect place to enjoy you vacation!
It was my first solo trip and I was a little intimidated until I got to the resort. The front desk staff was so polite, though they wouldn't bend a little for an early check-in, funny and professional. They set the tone for my entire stay! The resort is BEE YOU TEE FULL! Newly renovated I was led to my walk-out-to-the-beach suite that was breathtakingly decorated and clean. After dropping my stuff off and getting into my swimsuit I walked the pristine property and felt safe in my surroundings. The grounds and the beach match the inside of the property - amazing! Still scared to eat alone, I went to dinner and there met an incredibly inclusive staff who shared stories of what to do and where to go. I felt like family. The food was cooked perfectly and the list of wines, rum and tequila were yummy as well. From beginning to end, this first-time solo trip will not be my last and it was all because if my familia at this stunning resort! Hasta luego!
This one definitely one of the most relaxing/accommodating stays ever! Each and every staff member I came across was so friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile to their face.. the room was spotless to perfection. The view breathtaking. Food phenomenal!. Pool constantly being cleaned. Only complaint that I have is the mosquitoes
Worst experiences ever with any Hyatt hotel. The whole vacation was great aside from the check out with the front desk. The front desk lady was not certainly well-trained for her job. Rude and trying to fraud customer. I hate to give one star rating, but this hotel deserves this. And if you don’t want to go through this whole process I experienced, AVOID IT! Description below: I made the reservation in Hyatt app with their introductory offer rate, in which it said “INTRODUCTORY OFFER Daily breakfast for 2 Tax and Resort Fee incl”. However when check-out, they over charge me $60 per night for the room rate alone. And when I told them the tax fee and resort fee were included so this should not be charged, let alone that didn’t add up. The first front-desk lady told me the tax and resort fee is just referring to the breakfast but not the room. I am pissed by this comment so I asked her to report this to her manager. And her manager came out. She acknowledged the resort fee was waived but insisted tax fee was referring to the breakfast. I have to contact Explorist line to solve this issue. Luckily the representative from Hyatt is reasonable and well-trained. She solved the issue well. And she acknowledged this hotel is not a Hyatt hotel but a Hyatt afflicted. She sincerely apologized for my experiences but these are not her fault. And the front desk lady and her manager never showed up to apologize or did anything. And of course, the good memories of my vacation were inevitable being destroyed by the hotel. Other than this, the staff are generally polite and the breakfast at Water’s Edge was well prepared and their food quality is great. The room is spacious and the view out of the patio is good.
I just stayed and the staff was amazing. What they have done with the renovations is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and loved the new look and menu at the restaurants. My wife and I hope to return soon.

near of everything, restaurants, outlets, a ten minute drive is El Yunque National rain forest, is also close to Los Kioskos de Luquillo, gulf club, and many beaches to access. nice Uber system access.
I have traveled around the US and some South America and I can tell you that this place is unbelievable. From the bellmen all the way to the maids, everybody was always smiling and making sure that me and my family were having an awesome time. Food was great, specially Prime 787. My kids loved the pool......at the end I can just only say that this so far was the best Vacation we've been at so Far.
Book your company meeting or personal getaway immediately before everyone else catches on to this amazing property! From the extremely professional service provided by Javier Elias with GSI transportation from and to the airport, to the warm welcome I received by Jesus at the Front Desk, I was already wowed! The surprise welcome from Luis Perez the Managing Director as soon as I arrived, who also made sure that once I got to my room, I was greeted by a delicious and beautifully displayed amenity with a note from him added that special touch. I was treated like a VIP even though I wasn't. My room was spacious, contemporary, clean and the view was amazing, what more can anyone ask for. I felt very much at home and comfortable and most importantly "special" due to the outstanding attention to detail provided by Nereida Amador and the banquet team. Our meeting room was well located and equipped, the delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch and snack items were all very well presented. One gentleman was with us everyday during the meeting and if you asked for something specific (for example honey) one day, he made sure you received it the very next day without asking. Wow! Enough restaurants to choose from, great food and servers, lovely pool and lounge. Our group dinner one evening was outstanding. The coffee, tea, fruit, granola bars and cereals for guests on early morning flights was a nice perk, they have thought of everything. I can go on and on about my wonderful experience. Even though it was a business/work trip, the team at The Resort at Coco Beach made sure I left feeling happy, relaxed and special. Thank You Coco Beach!
