Great location, just steps from the beach. Grounds were well-maintained including two pools. There were some areas that could use a deep cleaning, and some of the bathroom and kitchen supplies were a little lacking, but overall it worked out.

It was a pretty great place. We loved being able to walk right down to a beach and be right next to the water. Some of the things that weren't awesome but could be improved fairly easily are a better stocked kitchen. (There weren't many pots/pans/bowl/utensils.) A better working air conditioner window unit in one of the bedrooms. (It leaked a bunch of water every night.) And working wifi. (We told the host that it wasn't working and they said they would look into it, but we were there a whole week and it never got fixed.) Our host was semi responsive. For the price and closeness to the beach we would still stay here again. Also we liked being out of the craziness of the city. Overall pretty good place!

We really enjoy the location it was so close to the beach and it was not crowded at all felt like a private beach. The pool was really refreshing. They have a lot of cool wild life like coquitos, sand dollars, and chickens. It was close to food options and excursions locations en el Yunque and Loquillo. Only thing is one of the AC units was leaking a lot of water I let the owner know but not much was done while we were there and the AC is only in the rooms so the rest of the apartment can get really hot.
