Beautiful penthouse condo in a gated beach front complex. With amazing views from the penthouse of the ocean, the beach, forest and mountains of El Yunque National Rain Forest, you are steps away from the private entrance to your stunning beach paradise with tranquil shallow waters. The beaches of Luquillo also offer watersports and surfing. Enjoy our indoor and out door dining areas in our fully furnished apartment although we believe you won't be staying indoors too much!
Other things to note
We are not responsible for outages due to PR municipalities - water and electric. Unfortunately, we cannot control these events, however, we do our best to make our space comfortable in the event of any outage.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This condo was the perfect location for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 elementary age child). Easy access to San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo, the Kiosks, and a long stretch of beach. The condo itself was very clean and had a wonderful rooftop balcony with a view to the beach. We had a rental car and the condo came with 1 designated parking spot. The property manager was quick to reply and, at our request, offered several dining suggestions. The washer and dryer were very helpful for washing beach towels and clothes. I highly recommend this place if you are staying on the east side of PR.
