Great condo! We loved the rooftop view. Pool was quite basic but nice for a quick swim. The condo is nicely updated and very clean. We really appreciated the washer/dryer. Playa Azul is accessible easily by walking. Beautiful beach, although there were high surf warnings for most of the island while we were here, and the waves were large. We still enjoyed boogie boarding, although we were careful not to go out very far. Would definitely stay here again!Some details about the layout:The main floor has 2 bedrooms (with king bed and queen bed) each with a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. The upstairs has another bedroom (which is open to the living area below although still decent privacy) and another bathroom. Rooftop deck opens via doors off of the upper bedroom.

Family vacation

We had a great time as a family. Great location for all activities. Walking distance to a terrific local beach. Gated building and parking. Upstairs terrace with view used everyday. Small but functional kitchen with combined laundry (FYI no dishwasher is no big deal). Lots of value - we VRBO 2-3x per year for the past 20 years

Beautiful views from serene penthouse

We chose Luquillo for its proximity to many places we wanted to visit: El Yunque, Fajardo, etc but we actually spent most of our time in Luquillo due to how beautiful the beaches were and the number of different restaurants. This apartment is centrally located, minutes to Playa Azul and still walkable to many other Luquillo sites. The apartment is lovely and has everything you'd need. The rooftop patio is perfect for watching the sunset. The beach chairs, towels, cooler, and wagon were huge perks. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo has anything that you would need including lots of extra sheets and towels. When there was anything that came up, we could just text the owners and they would respond right away. Clean property, has a washer and dryer, kitchen is stocked with lots of supplies. The pool was lovely, for some reason it was only open until 7:30 PM. Very walkable to different places. The beach nearby does not have as many people swimming because there’s a lot of waves, but my family really enjoys that, and the beach is not crowded, and we swam where the yellow flags with no problem. Walkable to more calm beaches as well.
