The condo was clean and had very nice amenities. The kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware were above average. The outside areas offered a lot of things to do and was nicely maintained and monitored closely. We did not love the wrist band requirement. A rubber wrist band that could be taken off when off property would have been better. Inside the gated area, we felt safe but we did not feel we could venture off property on foot. The area didnt offer much, like restaurants, bars or clubs, to go to, if we could have walked to them. Noisy was checked because of the roosters crowing every morning, the basketball facility across from our condo that had whistles and lots of police lights most evenings, and the fireworks that sounded like gun shots and cannons most nights. Lastly, the building where the condo with a rooftop hottub, that we originally reserved, had been authorized renovations that were not disclosed prior to our arrival. Due to the renovations, the pool and lazy river by it were closed. The management team was able to get us into a different condo the next day. It was nearly as nice but we had to sacrifice some space and the hottub. The pictures of the rooftop condo gave the impression that the ocean and sunsets would be visible. Niether condo we were in had an ocean or sunset view. The ocean was only visible from the private beach which was a fair walk from either condo.
