Lugar sucio, las habitaciones según limpias, pero hay mucjobpolvo en los pisos. La atención mala de las personas que atienden. La TV mal.configurada y climas mucho ruido. Son más viejos que nada. Por el costo hay mejores opciones Me decepcionó, bajaron su nivel de servicio.

Hotel nuevo pero desorganizado a más no poder

Hice mi reserva al rededor de las 4 pm por la página, llegué a tomar mi habitación por ahí de las 8 pm, me salieron que no tenían la misma, aún cuando contaba con la confirmación, tardaron media hora en hacer llamadas para que les explicara alguien como veían la reserva en el correo etc. Cuando me asignan la habitación una de ellas, tenían teabajos de remodelación, cal, pintura. Así que a regresar al lobby. El area de la ducha, se llena de agua en el suelo ya que está desnivelado, el agua del baño de La noche anterior aún se encuentra al día siguiente. La recamarera empieza a llamar a las 8:30 de la mañana para saber si no se vamos a quedar o hacen limpieza. Lastima de instalaciones “nuevas” no ideales pero personal que ignora lo elemental de llevar un hotel, y esto hace que la estancia sea de lo más incómoda posible. Anexo fotos de la regadera después de tratar de que el agua se fuera por la atarjea
