I feel bad writing this review but I hate when I paid for something and don’t get back what I paid for. First, we got there and we were given a dirty room, yes a messy, smelly and dirty room. They tried to amend what they did and gave us a different room which they called “deluxe” (it was exactly the same layout as the first room we were in). We were told there were complementary bottled water. We had to call the reception because there was no Bottled water in the room. They cane after 20 minutes. Next day, we went to a tour and came to the hotel around 3:00pm. And our room was still messy, we went to talk to them and we were told they were full In capacity and we were have our room cleaned by 5:00pm. After that, I called reception because I needed a phone number they made me a “favor” and called to get my food deliver. Little I know they were gonna charge me for that phone call. I honestly won’t stay in this hotel ever again.

Didn't have my Orbitz reservation but placed us in an upgraded suite from an old Expedia record.

We travel on July 2017, overall very good experience. I would recommend more restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing.

We reserved several rooms for our groups travel & everyone was perfectly satisfied! The king bed was comfortable & plush as was the two queen beds. The ful breakfast was delicious and the little refrigerator worked well for keeping all our drinks really cold for traveling in the San Jose sunshine! Gold's Gym provided for full exercise & workout space. The Hotel Staff kept everybody happy!

The hotel is pretty nice! However, the restaurant is overpriced, and the food from the restaurant was not very good. The rooms had no microwave or wash cloths, but the housekeepers were very accommodating and detail-oriented.

A surprising hotel that could be the envy of any resort. Its location is ideal: Close to everything and far from everything, depending on what it is chosen for. Here, one can have the best of both worlds. Within walking distance to the center of the city and its lively activities, far enough to be quiet and enjoyable. I highly recommend Radisson Calle Blancos where you will find your expectations surpassed. Enjoy!

This hotel is old and needs and update soon. Carpets are dirty and stained, bathroom was dirty and water pressure bad. Intermitent hot and cold water while taking a shower. But I can live with all the above; what I find unacceptable is getting a crib for my 9 month baby which was not correctly assembled and finding my baby on the floor crying in the middel of the night. The crib had a broken plywood under the mattress and this cause my baby to fall and hit her head. In the US you can sue for this, instead I called front desk and explained the problem and they apologized and agreed to replace the crib right away. We left for the day and to our surprise the broken crib was still in the room and the hotel never cared about getting us a new crib. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, terrible customer service and keep in mind I am a Platinum Customer which usually gets preferential treatment. Not at this hotel, stay away!

Friendly staff. Nothing close by to do kind of out of the way. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere

Stayed here 2 nights...room was hot..staff was rude (both at front desk and restaurant) not what is expected of radisson....only positive...good breakfast and despite horrible restaurant service food was good

We had a noisy room the first night, but the desk (Hellen)worked hard to find us a quiet room. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. It was my birthday and two of the servers( Mayra and Alexandra) sang Happy Birthday to me in Spanish and gave me a dessert with a candle for me to blow out. My only disappointment was that it was a long way from museums and shops. My fault for not checking closer. The atmosphere was like an oasis in a busy city. Lots of trees and flowers.

We chose the hotel by accident. When we arrived in San Jose and sat about 1/2 hour waiting for the traffic jam to clear, we thought "oh no; what a mistake!" But the hotel turned out to be just fine. The restaurant was OK, the room was well furnished, the fitness room was outstanding and everyone was friendly. On the flip side, the hallways were dark, the view from our room was nothing to write home about, and the pool was tiny. To get downtown you had to have a car or take a taxi. Recommendation is that the hotel establish a shuttle.

Check in at 2:00 pm. I didn't get a room key till 4:00 pm. You have to make sure you walk around your room with your flip flops as the carpet floor is sticky. $80 ($120) per night should be $30. nice facilities but not what I was expecting from a radisson. There are better and cheaper hotels in town.

They have a grey line booth in the lobby to help set up tours! Avoid having desk arrange taxis - if you walk past the hotel entrance you can get a taxi for less than half the cost of what the front desk arranges price is! Taxis are super easy to get anywhere!! Worth the breakfast to stay!!

Estuve dos días con mi familia, y nos ubicaron en el piso 4, con acceso a bebidas y comidas, lo que nos resultó excelente. Las habitaciones cómodas y un vistoso jardín con piscina que se puede apreciar desde las habitaciones. El personal es servicial. Nos sorprendió el variado desayuno. La ubicación es buena

This is our 3 rd time we stayed there. Best breakfast around, clean friendly staff. There is a lot of places you can walk to. Hard to find if you are driving, best to take there shuttle or a taxie.

The hotel is in a reasonable condition. The restorant is one of the best option for lunch in the area.

not a good experience.

excellent group choice

decent hotel with clean rooms

very dissapointed. terrible!

This hotel is old and needs and update soon. Carpets are dirty and stained, bathroom was dirty and water pressure bad. Intermitent hot and cold water while taking a shower. But I can live with all the above; what I find unacceptable is getting a crib for my 9 month baby which was not correctly assembled and finding my baby on the floor crying in the middel of the night. In the US you can sue for this, instead I called front desk and explained the problem and they apologized and agreed to replace the crib right away.
