Peaceful and beautiful rural setting
The property is small and basic amidst a number of other rental properties and with a shared pool. The owners live nearby and are frequently around. Rosella was very helpful with any queries about our stay. Guests are expected to sign a form for rules of pool use- no splashing, diving, wash sun cream off before you enter the water etc, which felt a little controlling. The property is in a good location and we visited the nearby town of Poggibonsi for groceries and a restaurant, but Florence and Siena were accessible by car 45 mins/35 mins drive. Perhaps the highlight for us was a visit to a nearby vineyard (Campochiaranti) where we tasted wine and olive oil and bought some wine. Overall a good experience, peaceful and relaxing with access to stimulating activities.

La maison offre deux lit doubles et connexion wifi. Deux feux gaz pour cuisiner et un frigo congélateur. Largement suffisant pour se débrouiller.
Machine à laver en libre accès.
Draps et serviettes fournis. Très Belle piscine pour profiter du beau temps sur des transats réservés.

Perfekte Lage und liebe Gastgeber
Super Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns dort prima erholt und haben viel besichtigen können. Blick auf San Gimignano von der Fahrstraße aus. Herrlich. Großer Pool.

Location en pleine nature
La location est simple et typique de la region de la toscane. Elle permet un moment de détente autour d'une grande piscine partagée et de se ressourcer dans le calme. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et prêts à vous aider.Stellio parle français ce qui est un plus pour bien organiser les visites. Bon séjour en famille.
