Street parking- first come first serve.

-Leave the keys back on the table
-Leave all towels in the laundry basket
-Turn off all the utilities.
Please Note:
- Only 1 pet is allowed: $150 for the entire stay
- Car seat for baby: $25. The crib is complimentary.
Please Note: The ground floor is “street level”. When you go to the 2nd floor, you have to walk for about 10 steps.
If you need a Rental car during your stay, I have a 4-door 4-seater Prius and a 2-door Fiat available on Turo. I can help you arrange for SFO pick up, for an additional fee.

Weekend Trip
We really enjoyed the stay. This was fantastic neighborhood and was probably one if the most comfortable rentals I have experienced. Beverly was very responsive and they take great care of their property and guests.
