Stay in this modern, 300-square-foot guest suite in the heart of the vibrant Mission District. Just a stone’s throw away from top restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, this hotel-like space offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Whether you’re a business traveler, a nurse, or a tourist, this suite is designed to cater to your needs. It features a queen-size bed, fast Wi-Fi, radiant floor heating, and a kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, and mini fridge.

One of the best things about this suite is its pet-friendly nature. You can relax in peace and quiet, knowing that your furry friend will be welcome to stay with you.

Our home is newly renovated and located on a quiet street. It’s just a short walk from the best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the Mission District.

This private en-suite bedroom can be accessed directly from the ground-floor exterior door through the shared hallway/laundry room. This separation from the upstairs living space ensures that guests staying here will have plenty of privacy.

One thing to keep in mind about the heating system is that it may take a few hours for the radiant floor heat to produce a noticeable temperature difference.

Street parking is available without a permit, but please note that street cleaning is scheduled for Tuesdays on our side of the street and Thursdays across the street from 12 to 2 p.m.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

Great location in the Mission

I stayed for a few days on a work trip. The apartment is newly renovated — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, teapot and nespresso. High end decor, a comfortable bed and large shower. I appreciated the quality paper products. You enter through a common laundry area and the bedroom window looks into a courtyard so the room is very quiet. Good restaurants nearby.

So clean & luxurious

We came to SF for a few days and this property was perfect for us! The area has several excellent coffee shops within a few minute walk (Marigold! Sightglass!) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. The house looks exactly like the photos and was very clean and felt like we were staying in a hotel. The stay IS on the ground level so you can hear some movement from the family upstairs but nothing too loud at all. If you are planning on having your own car, be aware that parking is not ideal and we did have to drive around for a bit to find parking. Luckily there was always parking within a few blocks so we never had to walk far but it would sometimes take ups 10-15 min to find a spot. The parking is free on the street so the main issue is just finding a spot. We loved this space and would definitely stay again. Felt so clean, excellent water pressure, plenty of light, smelled clean and good. Would recommend 10/10!

I stayed for three nights. The apartment is modern, clean, quiet, secure, and exactly as advertised. The place is well cared for by the owner, who communicated thoroughly about the arrangements. I visit SF frequently but I had never stayed in the Mission District. I loved the food options and the incredible convenience of public transit. Give this place a try!
