Great home in a great location.
This is a great home in a great location of SF - walking distance to Whole Foods and Safeway grocery. A quick Lyft or Uber can get you anywhere else you'd like to go.
The two reasons I am giving 4 stars out of 5 - is that the kitchen was not stocked with much - but who wants to cook when there are so many restaurants? There was not enough glasses to drink from (only wine glasses) so we bought Solo cups at the store. (not a big deal).
The one big disappointment was that we found out after we rented - that the top deck is not to be used if you are renting 51 Guerrero, (the Middle unit). This was a main deciding point in choosing this unit - as we were there for a family wedding and wanted to be able have drinks on the top patio to toast the newlyweds and the joining of our two families.
The pictures and video shown to advertise this property is miss-leading, as it shows the rooftop patio. It is accessible by the back stairs - but we were told it was off limits - only for use of the renters of the top apartment. I would call this false advertising.

Great location for Graduation ceremony
A Whole Foods Market, and Starbucks Coffee are within walking distance, and the old fashioned diner, "It's Tops," and the pizza at the Orbit Room are close by. The apartment is sunny, and very clean with an iron, ironing board, and washer/dryer. There was enough bedding and towels. Very nice. Highly recommend this rental.

Clean, good location, well maintained, cool roof-top
We were 5 co-workers staying here for attending a conference in Moscone Center (30 min walk, $10-13 uber/lyft or $2.5 tram).
Great communication and fast respons from owner and poperty manager. Check-in was swift. No physical keys, instead code lock. Which worked great and was very practical. The apartment was nice and clean and there were towels and bathroom amenities in abundance.
Since we didn't want to share beds, one of us had to use the fold-out sofa. Hence - "sleeps 12" is really to stretch it a bit too far, unless 4 of you are kids and the rest are couples...and you sleep 3 in all the king size beds. The king size beds were really comfy though with nice thick duvets. The fold-out sofa was to be honest far from comfortable, and he/she who sleeps there has no privacy. It also lacked duvet.
Wifi connection was good except from the 2 bedrooms facing the street where it at best was weak. Mostly non-existent. We had stronger signal from Taco Bell across the street. Heating and kitchen worked like a charm (even if the heater makes some noise, especially noticable for the one sleeping in sofa).
Unfortunately, due to electrical problems our apartment (and neighbors) had no hot water when we arrived...and for almost 5 consecutive days! I can tell you our showers were short. After some negotiation with the property manager we settled in a fair compensation, even though the owner put his "veto" and lowered the initial deal. Fair is fair though. Accidents happens. And they really did as much as they could in order for us to still be satisfied with our stay, despite the hot water issue.
All in all - its nice and clean flat. Nice location. Not a 5-star. But, since the SF hotel prices are what they are (especially during big convents), it is a good bang for the buck. We were also granted late check-out. Cudos for that :)

Spectacular!!
Everything was fantastic, from start to finish! David & Gabbie were a pleasure to work with and the property was central to everything, with a grocery store just 2 blocks away for those who like to cook. For those who like restaurants, there are plenty within walking distance & the bus/train stops on the corner. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, quiet & spacious enough for our party of 7! Everyone loved it, especially the comfortable beds, high pressure & hot showers, as well as cable TV & WiFi! Note: lots of stairs for those with mobility concerns. We would love to stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks David & Gabbie!

Loved it!
The property was lovely. It was fresh and well maintained with a fantastic kitchen.
The highlight was the rooftop - we spent many hours up there planning our next days adventure. The place is spacious - we had 6 adults staying here and there was plenty of room to not get in each others way. The beds are also very comfy.
We would definitely recommend this place and also recommend the coffee from The Mission Beach Cafe - just in the next block.

Large, stylish apartment in great location
I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights with my wife and four children and we all were very happy with the size, comfort and location of this property. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The wifi internet worked well and the kitchen had all of the items we needed. Checking in was very easy, we didn't need keys just a numerical code for the door. Be aware that if you have a car, you will have to spend some time finding overnight parking. There is meter parking around the corner but overnight is not allowed there. I found overnight parking on the street a few blocks away on Valencia that required some planning and meter feeding. The apartment is a very short walk away from the Market Street streetcar which goes directly to the Ferry Terminal Building and the Wharf. There is also a Whole Foods and Safeway within 5 minutes walk. Also be aware that the apartment does not have a dining table, just bar stools at the kitchen bar, so while the kitchen is large and the apartment can hold a large family, it isn't too easy to have a real family dinner sitting around a dining table in the apartment which was a bit disappointing. That's really the only thing I would change, everything else was ideal and I would gladly recommend this property.

Great Location and Beautiful Property

It was great to be able to walk to Whole Foods to get breakfast and lunch to make at the house and it was so great to be able to grab the street car to do the tourist things in San Fran just a few steps away. Very convenient location, condo perfect for small groups
The condo was bright, clean and spacious. Our group of 6 easily had room to spare without bumping into each other. Laundry was handy for running gear after Bay to Breakers too!
The location was perfect, the F line streetcar was right at the corner connecting you to downtown then further to Fisherman's wharf. The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a Safeway and Wholefoods just a short walk up the road.
David the owner and his assistant Gabbie were extremely quick on any questions we had and were a pleasure to work with.
If I bring a group to San Francisco again I would most certainly stay here again! Our whole group was extremely happy with our stay.

Good location and good modern apartment
This is a great apartment in the middle of the Duboce area, walking distance to the Castro, Mission, and Hayes valley and easy access to public transit. All the furniture and appliances are brand new.
There were unfortunately a few kinks to our stay:
- No additional blankets and sheets for the pull out couch
- Not enough towels for the number of guests
- Some of the "hardware" had not been anchored properly - toilet paper and towel racks in the bathroom were falling off the wall.
We also had a small hiccup in getting access to the unit, which I think may have been due to us booking on shorter notice (and may also explain why towels and blankets were a bit short).
The negatives were relatively minored compared to the well appointed and located unit.

We really loved our trip to San Francisco and having such a quality, comfortable and central place to stay had a lot to do with that. It is a beautiful one floor apartment with classic San Francisco architectural style - yet tastefully updated with a superb kitchen, comfortable beds with beautiful linens, excellent HD TV and WiFi. We found that we were able to sleep well here - which is not always my experience when staying in a new place in a city. We could walk to excellent restaurants in the Mission, Castro and Hayes Valley. We did not need our own car at all - and just took Uber a few times. Otherwise walking was great - world class almost everything nearby - coffee, yoga, food, art, shopping - all withing walking distance . We would love to stay here again on our next visit to SF!

Exceptionally well finished and furnished home in a great central location
We were delighted that we booked this home for our San Francisco stay. The location was central to all our needs and the finishes and furnishings were beyond our expectations. The owner could not have been more helpful and attentive and the services were timely and well performed. We would recommend this home to our friends and relatives and would stay there again.
We explored the surrounding neighborhoods and had some wonderful meals in the small quaint restaurants nearby.

Beautiful New Apt
David and Gabbie were excellent hosts. We had a group of 4 musicians staying there and they absolutely loved the place--it made the perfect home away from home while they were on tour. David has done a beautiful job remodeling the apartment--everything is brand new and absolutely lovely. It is so close to the Church muni station so getting downtown or really anywhere in the city was super easy. Right by some great bars and restaurants.
Only slight issue was that there was construction going on in the unit above, but David was able to accommodate our guests' request to start construction a little later in the day. Thanks for everything!

appartement agréable, pouvant proposer 9 couchages, nous étions 7 personnes dont 1 enfant,
pour les repas c'était un peu compliqué, il n'y avait pas de table et seulement 4 tabourets devant le bar. Nous avons constaté qu'il manquait un peu d'ustensile de cuisine.

Appartement impeccable et très bien situé
Grand appartement très confortable avec une très agréable terrasse. L'appartement est très prés d'un arrêt du bus F qui conduit directement aux rues commerçantes (market street ) et au port ou se trouve un très grand nombre d'animations dont le fameux Pier 39.
Un seul regret nous n'avons pu rencontrer notre hôte David dont les contacts par mail laissait présager une personne très sympathique.
Je recommande cette location
