Rick`s Private POOL House

Rick's POOL House (Rick's Place) is a beautiful San Felipe Vacation Rental with 3 bedrooms and a private pool, providing the complete vacation experience. Perfect for anyone who wants to spend time swimming in the private outdoor pool or enjoying the beach just one block away with its calm, clean waters.

Located in La Hacienda, 8 miles south of town towards the airport. The 3 comfortable bedrooms accommodate 9 people, with a built-in bed in the game room featuring a pool table, mini bar (no liquor), and a huge plasma TV. Fishing trips and ATV rentals can be arranged.

This home is for a maximum of 12 guests — when more than 7 guests, inflatable beds are needed for extras up to 12. A $50 refundable deposit is required per gate access card. Guests provide all needed towels.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
