Upon entering this fourth-floor charmer, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. Channel your inner chef and prepare tasty masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen and then retreat to the inviting living area for a tranquil evening at home - spread out comfortably on the sofa and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV. Your private balcony offers a nice seating area where you can relax after a refreshing time in the pool. This studio enjoys a semi-private bedroom separated from the living space by a room divider and has its own en suite bathroom. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and central AC.

All dog droppings have to be picked up immediately.
Only four people per unit are allowed in the pool at one time.
There is an HOA and they do not allow anything to be stored on the balcony and nothing to hang over the railing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
