300 feet from the ocean and 200 feet from the bay, enjoy beach life and relax to the roar of the waves.

This suite is recently remodeled and is equipped with modern and luxurious features: brand new furniture, a queen size Temperpedic mattress, a pull out couch that sleeps two, rain shower, built in USB outlets, QLED 65” TV, built-in, electric fireplace, convention microwave that double as a oven and outdoor patio including a side burner, grill, firepit and patio furniture.

There are 7 exterior audio/video security cameras that record 24/7 the ENTIRE perimeter of the home/property including the front door. There are no cameras inside.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect location for beach and bay

The place was located within easy walking distance to water- beach or bay. The space is smaller than it appears on line, but fine for just a couple. It was clean and the owner is very responsive and available if needed. And despite the warnings on tight parking space, we were able to park our SUV in the carport, so all was good. It was great for a getaway weekend!
