Unit takes up the entire fourth floor with over 2000 sq ft of completely remodeled living space. Condo features 4 bedrooms & 7 total beds to accommodate the whole family. It also comes with 2 tandem parking spaces and laundry. There is direct access to sand on the side of the building. Must climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit, this is the top unit of the building.

The accommodations were very good for the sleeping arrangements. Location was great.Setting and eating areas need more chairs and couches. The kitchen was not stocked for cooking at home. The coffee pot didn't work correctly, the toaster was old and didn't work. The main thing was the elevator didn't work and we had to lug everything up and down several times..I wouldn't stay there again or recommend this location.

Relaxing San Diego getaway with a view

This bay front condo made for an ideal birthday getaway with two other couples and our toddler. The big open living space was great for gatherings. The location worked perfectly for us to access the city and then retreat back to the calm of the ocean views. We were upset we didn’t give ourselves enough time to take advantage of the full size tub. We appreciated the two included parking spaces and had no problem finding a third on the street. The owner’s warning to be mindful of not overloading the circuit breaker was well deserved as we tripped it using a wall heater for the cold winter night, but with the owner’s quick communication I was able to get it reset without any further issues. Do keep in mind that this is a walk up two floors for loading and unloading. Because of all the fun we had there, our daughter threw a fit when it was finally time to leave.

The view was amazing! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The outside of the building and the stairs were dirty. There were some areas in the kitchen that were dirty and there was cobwebs. Also, the bar stools need to be fixed or replaced as they are a bit wobbly. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great Location, even better view

This unit is in a great location, right along the bay beach and has stunning views. It is well equipped for a family stay. Mission beach and pacific beach with all of their bars/restaurants are a very short drive away. They are a few eateries walking distance )3 blocks away). The single and only complaint I would have is that upon entry, the unit was unbearably hot. It has no central A/C which can be fixed by opening the windows and sliding glass doors. They also provide a large number of fans. Enough for multiple in every room along with ceiling fans. We had to keep all of the sliding glass doors and windows open 24/7 with fans running. This made it fine for us, just be aware of this. I didn’t knock down a star because of the fans and the breeze that actually comes in, plus the location makes up for it. I definitely recommend this unit and i will definitely look for it again next time I am in the area.

Like being in a postcard!!

I can’t even say enough that the view from this place is JUST BREATHTAKING!! We felt like we were looking at a postcard every day, if you just wanted to hang there and enjoy the view you would be HAPPY!! We had a small group of us for this space but could see if you had more there would not be enough seating. Also felt like silverware and glasses a bit limited when we cooked. Beds are so comfy and we all slept fabulous!!

Great place!

Honestly, we worried about what we might find when we pulled up. The alley and stairs weren’t that clean and the elevator was broken. But the place exceeded our expectations. Very large spacious rooms with a view that can’t be beat. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. There was an ant problem..we noticed some in the kitchen and bathrooms. I contacted the owner and did not receive a response. This wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. It was overall a very lovely experience for myself and my family.

Great location right on the bay

Positives: Location!! The view from the condo is beautiful and easy access to the bay was great. The condo is very spacious and takes up the whole top floor. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two off street parking spaces were nice as well. Negatives: The master bathroom was very nice, however we could not use it at all because it smelled so horribly of smoke/marijuana. We had to keep the door shut the entire time but even then, the smell came into the bedroom as well. For paying such a high cleaning fee, I’d expect this place to be a lot cleaner. The drawers, cabinets, etc. were dirty with food crumbs/grime and some of the sheets sheets and blankets were dirty or stained. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen as well. Overall it just didn’t feel clean.
