Cozy, quiet studio in the heart of Pacific Beach. Quick access to beaches, Pacific Beach Pier, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, shops, bars, and restaurants. Miles of walking and biking paths skirt the water; recreational opportunities abound. Fast & reliable WiFi and proximity to UCSD make this an ideal place for visiting professionals. We offer extended stay discounts as well, automatically applied.

The space
In addition to the queen-sized murphy bed, the sofa folds flat to make a comfortable full-sized bed for a child or other guest.

The kitchen nook includes cupboard space, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, and small refrigerator. There are dishes, utensils, cooking things, dish towels, salt/pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer, and cleaning supplies. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are in the walk-in closet and ready for your use.

Towels, including beach towels, blankets, and bed linens are provided. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella for you to use. Bi-weekly professional cleaning is included for monthly guests.

If there is anything else you need, I probably can provide it. Just ask.

Please make yourself at home in the backyard. A section of the yard behind the unit has a table, chairs, and a gas grill for your use. You may use the hammock and any of the lounge chairs on the brick patio. A hose is nearby for washing off sandy feet and a place to hang damp swimsuits and beach towels.

This is a tranquil, safe neighborhood. We have motion-sensor lights at the alley entrance and along the front and side of our house. There is a security system in the main house.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

Beautiful property….great location. Not too far from the beach (walking distance), but far enough that there are no street front parking issues. Unit clean, well stocked/supplied……bed was okay (not great) and I don’t believe the slimline (A/C) is working. Fortunately, I had great weather so fans and open doors were sufficient. Overall, I had a great stay.
