Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new brewpubs, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

LOVE, LOVE this property. Walking distance to everything. Perfect space for my husband and I. We travel to SD 3-5 times a year. This cottage is going to be our perm home away from home. Francesca was awesome.

Loved this spot!

Noisey

The studio was clean and Francesca was a lovely host. However, We did not know this location was on the flight path of the SD airport. It was very noisey, planes started taking off at 6:00 am.
